Shoulder pain, hand pain, and or wrist pain can be very frustrating. Whether you have bursitis, frozen shoulder, a sprain or strain, or other arm condition you must make sure that the shoulder is working with proper biomechanics and no pressure on the nerves. The brachial plexus is the main bundle of nerves and goes down the shoulder and chest. You may have had a previous shoulder injury or a certain lifestyle that puts stress on the shoulder. Pressure that is placed on nerves and blood vessels often creates tingling and pain down the arm and hand. Some patients may have "thoracic outlet syndrome."
